Copyright and takedown policy

ITAHUKA respects copyright and related ownership rights. A valid notice should identify the protected work, the material at issue, its exact URL, the claimant’s authority, contact information, and a good-faith statement.

Submitting a notice

Use the Help Center or the content Report form and select “Copyright or ownership concern.” Provide timestamps and supporting documentation. Incomplete or knowingly false claims may be rejected.

Review

The support team may request additional evidence, restrict access temporarily, preserve records, contact the uploader, or remove material when appropriate. Counter-statements and appeals are evaluated case by case.

Repeat misuse

Accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or abuse the reporting process may be restricted.
